You probably sometimes try to delete a file and suddenly appear message like this : Cannot delete file, Access is denied, The source or destination of file may be in use etc.
Don’t worry, in this tutorial we will see a few methods that can help.
For example, you have a file named problems.exe and you’re unable to delete it. Lets say that directory path for problem.exe isc:\folder\problems.exe.
Step – 1. Open Notepad and type

The ever-increasing Play store is inundated with hordes of apps, with many more on the way. Manufacturers have even started loading their devices with several apps, especially as seen in the affordably priced tablets that entered the Indian market recently.

To our surprise, several apps have managed to sustain their position and stay among the favourites, even as others went through their usual cycle and got replaced in a while. We wanted to dig into this vast market and explore what could make it to our list of Top 10 Android apps. Picking our favourite apps, across categories like, productivity, utility, photography, social and few other miscellaneous apps, here’s our list of the Top 10 Android apps.
Productivity
1.QuickOffice Pro
This comes out as the winner, when compared to the other Office apps available at the Android market. This office suite serves well for tasks like creating, editing and sharing Microsoft files. It includes a PDF viewer, and file manager which works seamlessly with email attachments, local files, and cloud storage accounts allowing to work online as well as offline. Managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations and viewing PDF gets easier. It allows accessing files remotely from Google Docs, Dropbox and more. The app is free, but one can opt for an ad-free paid version, too.

This most recent and highly anticipated app is very addictive, we must say. It’s simple and fun to use. There are numerous filters to choose from and it has the ability to transform everyday moments into work of art and also lets you share them with others. Microsoft has brushed off an offer by Motorola Mobility (MMI), the phone maker bought by Google, to settle patent disputes that are threatening to halt imports of Motorola’s Android devices and Microsoft’s Xbox 360 game consoles into the US.

The patents at issue relate to a Microsoft technology called ActiveSync, which updates calendars automatically on some Android phones.
According to Microsoft, MMI has offered to pay the software giant 33c (21p) for each Android phone using ActiveSync, and asked for a royalty of 2.25% on each Xbox’s sale price, and 50c per copy ofWindows for using its patents.
The decision could take the row to the brink. In May, the International TradeCommission, which oversees imports to the US, recommended an import ban on infringing Android devices and Xbox consoles unless the patent issues were settled.
That could seriously affect MMI, which has seen its share of the Android smartphone market which it once led eroded seriously in the past two years.
Meanwhile, Microsoft has built up a commanding position in Xbox 360 sales in the US over the past few years.
Microsoft is demanding royalties from all companies using Google’s Android system in their devices, and has settled with most major manufacturers – except, crucially, MMI.
Instead, MMI, a full subsidiary of Google since May, is demanding royalties on some of its own video and wireless technologies – specifically H.264 video decoding and some Wi-Fi code – used in the Xbox 360 game console and the Windows operating system, on pain of an import ban.
“While we welcome any good faith settlement effort, it’s hard to apply that label to a demand that Microsoft pay royalties to Google far in excess of market rates, that refuses to license all the Microsoft patents infringed by Motorola, and that is promptly leaked to the press,” said Horacio Gutierrez, Microsoft’s deputy general counsel.

It’s been a big week for Flipboard’s Google-related announcements. On Tuesday, the company revealed Google+ integration was coming to its social magazine, and today, the app is officially launching on all Android devices, including the Kindle Fire and the Nook. The Google+ integration, as well as newly added YouTube integration, is arriving today as well.

The app will be available in Google Play, the Amazon Appstore for Android, the Nook Store, and in Samsung Apps.
The Android public launch comes barely a month after Flipboard debuted its official Android betaand limited Android rollout as a preloaded app on the just-releasedSamsung Galaxy S III. However, it’s been just a little longer since Flipboard’s unofficial launch, thanks to the hacked version of the Android APK file from that same device.
Demand for the Android version of the app has been “astonishing,” says Flipboard CEO Mike McCue, who tells us that they saw over half a milliondownloads during its beta. “We’ve had really good coverage across a wide range of phones. We feel really good about how it’s coming together,” he says. “But people have been asking, why is this in beta? Why can’t you just release it now?”
The answer, of course, is because it’s an Android app, and that means there’s a bit more work involved. “With iOS, you can target a very specific screen size, a very specific processor and so on – it’s quite a bit easier,” McCue explains. “On Android, to really build a high-quality application that works across a range of devices, you have to spend a lot of time optimizing…that’s why we did the beta.” The new Android version works on all the major Android smartphones as well as the Nook and Kindle Fire, and supports from small screens up to a 7-inch display. It has also had some other performance and layout optimizations since the beta release.
YouTube Launch & More Localized Versions
Another new feature arriving on both iOS and Android today is YouTube integration. You can watch, favorite, bookmark and comment on videos within Flipboard, and those changes sync with the YouTube website itself. You can also follow users and the channels you subscribe to.
And Flipboard is also once again expanding to more countries. It was previously available in localized versions in China, Japan and France, but it’s now arriving in Korea, The Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Germany. “When we deploy to each country, we not only localize the app for each of these different languages, but more importantly, we focus our energy on the curation point-of-view in each country to pick the best content.
We’ve now gotten more efficient at doing that,” says McCue. Next up on the list for localization are parts of Latin America, as well as other countries in Asia and Europe.
Checking In On Flipboard’s Business
While the company is still declining to reveal hard numbers related to total downloads or revenue, McCue says that the move to smartphones has seen users engaging with the app throughout the day, instead of just at morning and night (8-11 PM, primarily) as on iPad. The Cover Stories feature, which launched first on smartphones and is now available via Android widget, is now the number one feed on Flipboard. He also says that Flipboard sees “very, very, very strong return-to-app metrics.”
“A lot of people are choosing us every single day, multiple times per day. This is very encouraging for us especially since we don’t do a lot with sending emails out to users, and we don’t do lots of noisy notifications,” says McCue. However, integrating push notifications is something the team is thinking about for the future, but they want to do it right when the time comes.
He also reports good progress on the advertising side of the business, which now has half a dozen publishers running ads on the platform, out of a total of 2,000 publications which have been integrated to date. Some recent advertisements have been for Converse, Nieman Marcus (the same ads as in Vogue, says McCue), and the movie “Snow White and the Huntsman.
” That last one did particularly well, with a 3.5% CTR. It directed users not to a website, but a rather to an in-app page featuring the “Snow White and the Huntsman” Twitter feed in Flipboard’s signature magazine style, which users could then subscribe to in the app. However, all Flipboard’s CTRs are “much higher than anything you’d see on the web,” says McCue.
As for what’s next, beyond its continued international expansion, one glaring omission for a magazine so focused on attractive, visual layout of content is Pinterest integration. Pinterest rival The Fancy’s integration was complete six months ago but has yet to ship, so the holdup is clearly on Pinterest’s side of things.
But Flipboard is hardly the only third party in desperate need of a Pinterest API. (Where is that thing already?) No official word on what networks may be added next, but Pinterest will surely make a big splash when and if it ever arrives.The new Android and iOS versions of Flipboard are available for download here.

Google I/O is set it kick off this Wednesday in Sans Francisco. Many people are wondering it, What a Mountain view,Calif.-based company will be presenting.
Unlike with Apple’s WWDC 2012 and Microsoft’s several events this month, it’s harder to predict what Google has up its sleeves. With Apple, we knew there was going to be a major focus on laptops. For Microsoft, there were plenty of whispers about a tablet.

But at Google’s 3-day powwow next week, it looks like cloud might take center stage. Following the conclusion of its owncloud computing conference this week, GigaOm is reporting that Google is very likely to launch a cloud services platform of its own.
However, this would be a lot bigger and more enterprise-focused than simpleGoogle Drive. Google is reportedly for the top spot and compete against the likes of Amazon and Microsoft. In fact, GigaOm posits that Microsoft is really in the cross-hairs because of its strong enterprise developer community.
On June 6, Microsoft got a step ahead of Google — at least beating the Internet giant to the punch with the announcement — with the addition of Linux to Windows Azure, bumping it up to something that better resembles Infrastructure-as-a-Service.
(That was also the same day that Oracle announce its own public cloud offering after six years in development, but no one seems to be drawing comparisons with that platform just yet.)
Thus, there is a very good chance that Google would want to get into the enterprise cloud space now and woo developers early as best they can.

Google has started rolling out a facial recognition feature to its Google+ social networking site. The new feature called “Find My Face” is similar to a tagging feature Facebook launched few months ago. However, unlike Facebook, Google has made the feature an opt-in.

The new ‘Find My Face’ feature prompts users to tag their their friends whenever their photos appear in the photos. Googlehas also given the users an option to accept or reject the tags suggestion. Facebook’s photo tag feature is very similar to the Find My Face as it automatically detects the images of your friends in the photos and suggests for the tagging. However, the Facebook feature is opt-out, which means users are required to deactivate the option as it gets enabled by default. On the other hand, theGoogle+ photo tag feature asks you to enable the option, so onus rests in the hand of the users.

It may be recalled that Facebook had drawn a lot of flak from the critics for its facial recognition feature. The social networking site recently admitted making “a bunch of mistakes” on the privacy front and vowed to overhaul its policy. The U.S.-based FederalTrade Commissio had directed Facebook to obtain consumers’ affirmative express consent before enacting changes that override their privacy preferences.
